 Kiondo baskets were first used by the Kikuyu tribe of Kenya, but have spread across the world. Today, some versions of the Kiondo can best be described as handbags and are used as such. The Kiondo is hand woven from sisal and is strong and durable enough for everyday use in shopping and travel. Alternatively, the Kiondo is a great decorative item for the home or just for livening up your appearance. Some versions below have zippers.
