Our Purpose
Our purpose is to help the lives of our community through our sales which is why we are dedicated to bringing you the best service possible. Each order gives hope to the many women and children suffering in Kenya. Know that your purchase is helping our cause.

Order Confirmation
We will notify you when your order has been filled, along with any delivery details. You can also contact us to place an order by phone or mail, if you prefer.

Damaged Goods
Contact us at info@afrikapamoja.org . Be sure to include your order number, name, phone number, description of the damaged product(s), and the condition of the box. If the box shows signs of mishandling during shipping, save all packaging and replace contents into the box, do not throw anything out. We will file a damage claim with the courier and arrange to have the package picked up for inspection. In the meantime, we will then arrange for a replacement shipment or refund you the cost of your order upon request.

Return Policy
Every effort is made in both selecting products as well as in shipping and handling to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. Every product is handcrafted and therefore unique in its characteristics. Some variances in size, color, texture and appearance are an integral part of making each product one-of-a-kind. If you are not happy with the items you have purchased we will exchange them or refund your payment. Postage and packaging costs are not refundable. Order Cancellation
Should you wish, for any reason, to cancel an order with us, you must do so within 48 hours of placing an order assuming this was done online or by telephone. (Orders received by regular mail will be processed automatically unless we have received a cancellation notification by telephone or email ahead of time.) Simply contact us with the details including the order number, your name, billing information and the item(s) ordered. We'll confirm your cancellation as soon as possible after notification, provided your order has not yet been processed by our shipping department. No cancellation fee will apply provided your order has not been packed ready for shipment, in which case a charge of 15% of the value of your order will be applied.

Shipping
Shipping of items to your destination usually takes from two to four weeks. If you want your product shipped by an express delivery service such as DHL, FedEx, or EMS, please email us for a price quote. The express delivery takes two to five days to reach your destination.

You can send all checks payable to Teenage Mothers and Girls Association of Kenya. You can also send credit card payments online to our PayPal account (www.paypal.com) at info@afrikapamoja.org. For security reasons, we do not ship before payment reaches our bank account. For wholesale orders we require a pre-payment of fifty percent before we can ship your order. All our prices include Value Added Tax. Buyers from VAT zero rated zones please know that the final price can not be discounted.

Returned Checks
A $25 return fee is placed on checks returned with insufficient funds (NSF) or for stopping payment on checks after the deposit has been made.

 

Wholesale Terms and Policies

Minimum Order
To open a wholesale account, there is an initial minimum of $100 and subsequent orders are $50.We also require a pre-payment of fifty percent before we can ship the order.

Past Due Accounts
A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to an invoice 15 days or more past due. An account over 90 days past due will be referred to a collection agency or an attorney for collection. The customer in delinquency will be responsible for collection fees, attorney fees and court fees. Payment on time is always appreciated.

Returns
As a general rule, we do not accept return of merchandise after 10 days from delivery date. No return without prior authorization. Returns accepted for defective merchandise in original condition, undamaged and unworn. No cash refunds. However, exchange may be granted if item is in stock. Credit will be applied to account. Provide disputes in writing via e-mail or certified mail (see address below) within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
