CITY OF HOPE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
(POSTED: April 2004)

Many have shown interest in the City of Hope construction project which, when finalized, will cater for 700 more girls and 300 orphan and destitute children. Diane Dorazio, who is now the chair to Kisumu sister City committee in Roanoke U.S.A, visited TEMAK last year and developed lots of interest in the City of Hope. She immediately went back to her Church and mobilized a rummage sale which gave the initial $1000 support to the City of Hope. Thank God for her elevation to the chair of the sister Cities. Let us all pray that God uses her more in this position to be of help to the construction. Diane and her husband John are also preparing to bring a construction team to Kisumu in the year 2005.

By faith, TEMAK is negotiating a piece of land for the construction (see city of hope web page). We have also sent letters of request to various persons and Churches hoping that they will respond by coming to build with us or support in any other way.

MODESTO ROTARY PROPOSES PARTNERSHIP OF CRAFT SALES BY IT'S MEMBERS
(POSTED: April 2004)

High level talks are in progress to discuss partnership between TEMAK and Modesto Rotary with a view to selling TEMAK craft through their interact club. This will boost support for the 400 Orphan children and Old Caregivers that TEMAK is taking care of in its rural Orphan project in Katolo.

GIRL CHILD RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS
Hardly do 2 weeks pass before we read in our news dailies that a minor has been raped. Such is the magnitude of the problem that TEMAK has decided to be at the forefront in educating the community, identifying and supporting victims of child rape. Here is a story of one of victims of rape.
