AN ORPHAN’S PLEA:

“My name is Rose, I am a total orphan of age 15 years. I have been offered a free chance to train at TEMAK in tailoring & dressmaking. I am requesting for help from someone who can offer me shelter for two years as I train or pay for me a room in Kisumu at 1,000/= per month plus 3,000/= upkeep per month. I also request any well wisher to buy for me training materials which costs 600/= per month. I need to train so that I can have income in future and support myself. Your support can bring a difference in my life and a bright future for me.

God bless.

A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY:

Gloria is now training in computer at TEMAK, but before she joined TEMAK, her life was full of sorrow and hardship. Being the first born in a family of six orphans, Emily stayed with her grandmother in the rural. She got a job as a house help in order to financially support the family. Unfortunately, her grandmother fell sick and she had to leave her job and return home to take care of her siblings. She looked for help from her uncles but they were unwilling to help in any way. Gloria went to church one day and gave her life to Christ after hearing the word of God. She surrendered all to Christ and that is when there was an open door that she had longed for. There was a chance for her to train in computer at TEMAK for free and she was very happy for getting such an opportunity. Gloria is more than grateful to TEMAK for offering her this golden opportunity and says that she feels hopeful and is looking forward for a certificate in order to attain a job that will help her grandmother and her siblings.
