At the invitation of Pastor Carey Green, TEMAK's Director found himself at the doorsteps of the Pacific Island Bible Church to a wonderful, Godly union. Pastor Carey had been communicating with Mr. Joab Othatcher by email without ever having met.
With the excitement of this first meeting subsiding, true friendship cropped in and the PIBC congregation decided to be of support to TEMAK Ministries. To date, Pastor Carey has moved to Reno but the Church, through Pastor Mark Toransky, has continued supporting TEMAK and is planning to send someone soon to witness what God is doing through them. With PIBC, TEMAK has been able to start a centre that trains various categories of young people. Most of those who have been at the centre are now independent and well placed in society while the centre itself acts as an income generating project for TEMAK. PIBC continued assistance is channeled towards food and medication to orphan girls and giving them encouragement in education by providing necessities like books and uniforms.
